1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the LV Homes website at lvhomes.us or using any of our roofing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained on this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Services Description

LV Homes provides residential roofing services including, but not limited to, roof inspections, free estimates, full roof replacement, roof repair, and related construction work. Our services cover asphalt shingle, tile, metal, and flat/low-slope roofing systems. We serve homeowners throughout Monterey County (including Salinas, Monterey, Pacific Grove, Carmel, Seaside, and Marina) and Santa Clara County (including San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Gatos, Milpitas, Palo Alto, and Saratoga), California.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by LV Homes are free of charge, carry no obligation, and are non-binding. Estimates are based on the conditions observed during our initial inspection and the information provided by the homeowner. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered once the project begins, including but not limited to hidden water damage, structural deficiencies, or code compliance requirements. A written contract detailing the agreed-upon scope of work, materials, timeline, and price will be provided and must be signed by both parties before any work commences. Any changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed will be documented in a written change order and approved by the homeowner before additional work is performed.

4. Scheduling and Property Access

The homeowner must provide reasonable access to the property for the duration of the project, including access for material delivery, equipment staging, and crew work areas. LV Homes will make reasonable efforts to adhere to scheduled start and completion dates; however, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit processing, subcontractor scheduling, or unforeseen structural conditions. LV Homes shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate any significant schedule changes to the homeowner as promptly as possible.

5. Payment Terms

LV Homes offers $0 down financing on qualifying projects. No payment is required until the project is complete and the homeowner has inspected and approved the finished work. Payment terms, financing options, interest rates (if applicable), and payment schedules will be detailed in your individual contract. All payments must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the signed contract. LV Homes reserves the right to place a mechanic’s lien on the property in accordance with California law for any unpaid balances.

6. Warranties

LV Homes provides a workmanship warranty on all completed projects. The specific duration and terms of the workmanship warranty will be detailed in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on roofing materials are separate from our workmanship warranty and are governed entirely by the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. LV Homes will assist homeowners in filing manufacturer warranty claims when applicable. To preserve your warranty coverage, any issues or defects must be reported to LV Homes promptly upon discovery. Failure to report issues in a timely manner, unauthorized modifications to the roof, or failure to perform reasonable maintenance may void warranty coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, LV Homes’ total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total contract value of the services performed. LV Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our work. LV Homes is not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, water damage, mold, pest damage, or other conditions not visible or reasonably discoverable during the initial inspection. The homeowner is responsible for disclosing any known issues with the property prior to the start of work.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LV Homes, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of this website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any rights of a third party. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms of Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the LV Homes website, including but not limited to text, graphics, photographs, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of LV Homes or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from this website without the prior written consent of LV Homes, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Changes to Terms

LV Homes reserves the right to revise, update, or otherwise modify these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the LV Homes website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
